Dear members, friends and supporters of our foundation, In 2023, the Federal Constitutional Court (BVerfG) ruled that the Federal Government and the Bundestag had unlawfully denied the Desiderius Erasmus Foundation funds for 2019. The court clearly stated that the AfD's right to equal opportunities in political competition under Article 21 of the Basic Law had been violated.
