Under the motto „Political Foundations – Aspiration and Reality“, chairwoman Erika Steinbach will present the AfD-affiliated Desiderius Erasmus Foundation (DES) in Gera on Tuesday, 29 August. Not many people are familiar with the political foundations that receive around £700,000 annually from the federal government.
We have some good news to share. Since March of this year, our DES has been a member of the European Identity and Democracy Foundation (ID Foundation). This enables us to participate in conferences and individual events in Germany and other EU countries under the umbrella of the ID Foundation with European funding.
