Democratic deficits in our country require a discussion on the subject of freedom of expression in all its facets.
A fundamental issue for our democracy, because in many cases, freedom of expression now only exists on paper in our country. And as we all know, paper is patient.
Professor Hanns-Christian Salger, LL.M. is a solicitor and barrister (New York), arbitrator (FCIArb) and mediator (certified), honorary professor at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University Frankfurt, specialist solicitor for international commercial law, trade and company law, and industrial property rights, as well as an expert in competition and antitrust law.
In addition, he has dealt extensively with the fundamental rights and legal basis of our asylum law, as well as its actual implementation in practice.
